Dr Adrienne Chan

M.B.B.S., F.R.A.C.G.P

Adrienne graduated from Queensland University in 1993.

She subsequently worked at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Mater Mothers Hospital and Mater Children’s Hospital in Brisbane as an intern and resident in a variety of medical, surgical and paediatric specialties.  This included six months of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Mather Mothers Hospital.

In 1996 Adrienne commenced her training in General Practice and completed her examinations in 1998.  In 1999 she was admitted as a fellow to the College of General Practitioners.  She moved to Melbourne in 2000 and worked in travel medicine for six months before joining Midtown Medical Clinic.

Adrienne’s interests include family planning, women’s health, pre-pregnancy counselling, paediatrics, dermatology, travel health, preventative health and she is able to perform minor procedures such as mole removal.  She is also accredited as a shared maternity care affiliate to the Royal Women’s Hospital, Mercy, Northern, Western/Sunshine and Monash Hospitals.

Adrienne is available for consultation each Tuesday and Thursday.
