Healthcare on Collins provides 24 hour care and home visits if required, by using our deputising service, National Home Doctor Service.
If you require after hours care or a home visit please call National Home Doctor Service on 13 7425 (13 SICK).
Any medical notes relating to a visit from National Home Doctor Service are forwarded to the Clinic and included in your medical history.
The doctors at Healthcare on Collins do not routinely conduct home visits but in exceptional circumstances this may be arranged.
